The research is proposed for determining the interests of the customers in buying products through the online websites and e-commerce businesses. The research is conducted with the determination of the interests of the customers why they are preferring the sales of products through the online websites. In this research, different questions are considered for finding the outcome that why customers hesitating to buy products through online channels. In the research, different processes of the research are assumed to lead the research in the appropriate directions for the best outcome. There are few problems faced by the e-commerce industry especially in selling the products to the customers. Customers prefer directly buying the products in the store and buying the products through online websites seem low. To determine the reason for the customer preferences, the research is conducted. Customers buying products through the direct sales are more than that of the customers who are adopting online sales. There are specific questions that are required as important, given as follows:

Most of the customers now prefer to go along with the online purchase. Research methodology
The research methodology involved different steps such as follows:

Primary research

The responses are collected properly with the tools such as survey through online forms and websites. 

Secondary Research
